I wanted to share this recipe with everyone super easy and a great way to spend time with family. I bought my husband a grill for his birthday and it’s finally time to break it in! All you will need is mixed vegetables I used squash, jalapeños, tomatos, red bell peppers, fennel slices and chives. You can use whatever you have in your fridge! Earlier that day I purchased a beautifuly marbled ribeye from my local grocery store....my husband loves steak! When I finally started to pull everything together I infused soften butter with seasonings, garlic salt, onion power, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper for taste. Once the steak was finished we added this on top, it helped retain the moisture and added fantastic flavor to the steak. The dressing for the grilled vegetables is a combination of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, fresh chopped basil, rosemary and parsley. Then added salt and pepper for taste. After the vegetables were finished cooking we added this dressing on top, so delicious.
We prepped everything first so when we began to start grilling everything was easy assembly. My husband said this was the best steak dinner he’s ever had. All of these items are staples in my pantry and fridge And NOT expensive! We had a great dinner together! Try it out and tell me what you think!
